    Pinnacle AMS Development Company LLC of Irvine, California and Hunt ELP Ltd of El Paso, Texas are honored to have been selected by the U.S.Air Force to develop, construct, and manage Beale Air Force Base family housing. Starting November 2007, our team will be working to rebuild, renovate, and maintain the family housing while providing exceptional management services to our residents. We are proud to welcome you home.
    The Welcome Center is Open
    The Landings at Beale Welcome Center is now open! We are here to answer any questions that you may have and to sign leases. We are located at 4547 Grand Way, near the Vassar Lake Gate.
    Our office hours are:
    Monday - 8:00am - 1:30pm
    Tuesday - 8:00am - 1:30pm
    Wednesday - 8:00am - 1:30pm
    Thursday - Closed
    Friday - Closed
    Saturday - Closed
    Sunday - Closed


    If you have not been able to sign your lease please come visit us as soon as possible. If your current work hours conflict with ours, please give us a call at 530-788-7800 or email us at BealeMessages@prmc.com so that we can assist you. We look forward to serving each and every one of you.

    Just a reminder….The Landings at Beale team can't wait to start serving you. As most of you already know, we are going to be taking care of grooming your lawns. This service will be for all areas that are not fenced in. Your only responsibility will be to keep the lawns watered. Please remember that this service will not begin until The Landings at Beale starts. So please continue the great job that you have been doing in taking care of your lawns until we notify you. Be sure to contact us with any questions that you have. We look forward to serving you all!
